I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with a focus in Relational Somatic Therapy, Early Life Attachment Therapy, Individualized Personal Therapeutic Counselling and Trauma Resolution.
Through a body centred approach to counselling, we build a relationship that can support you in growing your innate resiliency & adaptability, integrating current or past experiences in a manageable way, bringing more presence and fulfillment into your daily life.
I bring my compassion, experience and training to supporting individuals, as well as families and co-parents. I also work with families with children with unique and special needs, by developing and accessing resources and structures to bring wellness to the whole family.
